By creating an account or using MENAverse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

MENAverse is an independent revision platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Assessment International Education or any examination board. Question content is original and written to syllabus specifications — not past papers.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Teachers must only enroll students they are authorised to teach.
• Students join classes using an invite code (format MENA-XXXX) from their teacher.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

All content on MENAverse — including every question, answer, mark scheme, explanation, distractor note, figure, and the design, layout, and code of the platform — is the exclusive property of MENAverse and its operators and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use this content for your own IGCSE revision or classroom teaching. It grants you no ownership and no right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or build a competing or derivative product from any part of it.

• Use MENAverse for personal or classroom IGCSE revision only.
• Do not copy, scrape, harvest, download in bulk, cache, mirror, or redistribute question content, answers, or any other material, whether manually or by any automated means.
• Do not use bots, crawlers, scripts, headless browsers, or other automated tools to access the platform or its APIs, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source, data, or content to create a similar, competing, or derivative service.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account or access, and do not use the platform for harassment or unlawful purposes.

We monitor platform usage, including the volume and pattern of content access, to protect our content and detect abuse. We may rate-limit, suspend, or permanently terminate any account we reasonably believe is scraping, bulk-copying, or otherwise breaching these terms — without notice — and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

We strive for syllabus accuracy but do not guarantee that content is error-free or sufficient for any particular grade outcome. MENAverse is a revision aid, not a substitute for teaching or official exam preparation materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MENAverse and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including exam results. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
